Exchange Policies


Our exchange policy aims to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We exchange products that are defective or different from the ones ordered.

Exchange Procedure:

Please report the problem within 3 days after receipt by sending clear photos to our email.
After review, you will be able to choose between: refund, a new product, a product of similar value or a coupon.
Notes:

We do not exchange products due to inappropriate sizes; please check measurements before purchasing.
Exchanges due to regret regarding color, size or model are not mandatory, according to the Consumer Protection Code.
