Variety: Xinomavro 100%.
Location: "Hedgehog" sub-region, located at an altitude of 690 m, with a northwest orientation, facing Lake Petron and Mount Voras.
Region: Amyndeon Plateau. Amyndeon wine-growing area.
Vineyard: Area of 180 ha, linear, private single vineyard located at an altitude of 620-710 m.
Vineyard designated for the specific label: 22.85 ha.
Soil: Sandy, clayey-sandy with excellent drainage.
Climate: Semi-continental with significant rainfall, winters with heavy snowfall. Cool, very dry summers with cold nights. Northwesterly winds throughout the year. No spring frost.
Harvesting: Manual harvesting in small collection boxes.
Yield: 32.50 hl/ha, after selection and harvesting at the green stage of maturity.
Planting Density: 3,700 seedlings/ha.
Winemaking Method: Destemming, light crushing. Cold skin maceration at 5°C for twelve hours and fermentation with a gradual increase in temperature, which gives the wine an aromatic complexity. Post-maceration with stirring of the lees for two months.
Tasting Characteristics: Vibrant light pink color with salmon hues. Fruity aromas with rich expression of strawberries, raspberries, cranberries and roses. Well balanced in the mouth, dry, toasted, full-bodied, voluminous, but with balance and a long finish.
