Location: Single block "Aghia Kiriaki" (1.51 ha) - 40°40'31.34" N -21°41'40.82" E.
Region: Amyndeon wine-growing area.
Vineyard: Area of 87 ha, linear, private single vineyard located at an altitude of 620-710 m.
Vineyard designated for the specific product: 1.51 ha.
Soil: Alluvial, sandy, clayey-sandy with excellent drainage.
Climate: Semi-continental with significant snowfall and hot, dry summers with cool nights. Frequent northwesterly winds, no spring frosts. Very cold year without significant high temperatures during the growing season resulting in a satisfactory growth cycle, achieving, with sacrifices in quantity, a high-quality product that justifies the efforts made in this difficult but stimulating harvest. The special advantages of the vineyard's microclimate justify our choice of this region.
Harvesting: Manual harvesting in small collection boxes.
Yield: 0.80 kg/m² of leaf surface. 59 hl/ha, after selection and harvesting at the green stage of maturity.
Winemaking Method: Skin maceration for sixteen hours, controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with cooling belts, keeping the wine on lees for four months with regular stirring.
Tasting Characteristics: Crystal clear and bright straw yellow color, with greenish hues. Intense and rich on the nose, complex, typical of the variety. Citrus, floral and white stone fruit notes. Excellent structure, unctuous and fresh. Long and persistent finish.
