Variety: Malagouzia 100%.

Location: Single block "TURTLES", 40°40'31.34" N - 21°41'40.83" E.

Region: Amyndeon wine-growing area.

Vineyard: Area of ​​87 ha, linear, private single vineyard located at an altitude of 620-710 m.

Vineyard designated for the Specific Product: 2.5 ha.

Soil: Alluvial, sandy, clayey-sandy with excellent drainage.

Climate: Semi-continental with significant snowfall and hot, dry summers with cool nights. Frequent northwesterly winds, absence of spring frost. The year saw milder temperatures, favorable for grape development, ensuring a high-quality harvest, with low yield and high concentration of aromas.

Harvesting: Manual harvesting in small collection boxes.

Yield: 0.70 kg/m² of leaf surface.
Planting Density: 3,500 seedlings/ha.

Winemaking Method: Cold skin maceration, followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, with regular stirring over the fine lees for 5 months.

Tasting Characteristics: Straw-yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, an intense and complex aromatic profile, with floral notes and stone fruits, such as peach and apricot, as well as a mineral touch. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, with good acidity and medium body. The finish is long and persistent, with a delicate touch of spices.
