Winemaking:

This sparkling wine is made from Moschofilero grapes that are harvested early to preserve their freshness. The grapes are cooled and pressed whole, with the must transferred to stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures. The traditional method is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle, accompanied by a period of maturation on its fine lees for at least 9 months.

Tasting Notes:

KTIMA TSÉLEPOS AMALIA BRUT has a pale greenish-yellow colour and fine, long-lasting bubbles. On the nose, delicate aromas of lemon blossoms and honey stand out, with subtle hints of yeast, giving it a charming complexity. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with vibrant acidity that provides a clean and harmonious finish.

Harmonization:

It is a very versatile sparkling wine, ideal as an aperitif. It also pairs perfectly with seafood, fresh salads, fried snacks and even light red meats.
