Lyrarakis Liatiko is a unique example that reflects the robust character and freshness of non-irrigated vines, grown on sandy clay soils at altitudes between 580 and 800 meters. This dry red wine has a light ruby color and offers enveloping aromas of wild berries, strawberry jam and butter caramel, making every sip an unforgettable experience.
Winemaking :
The winemaking process is carried out using traditional and organic methods, preserving the purity of the Liatiko grapes. After a careful 3-day maceration, the wine is fermented at 23°C in stainless steel tanks, using yeasts selected from the organic habitat itself, ensuring the stability and authenticity of the product. The harvest is carried out manually in the first week of September, selecting only the best grapes.
Tasting Characteristics :
Light ruby color, with seductive aromas of wild berries, strawberry marmalade and butter caramel. On the palate, it is deep and pure, with fine tannins and a juicy, expressive finish, leaving a lingering sensation of pleasure.
Harmonization :
