Lyrarakis "Zazazu" is a demi-sec white sparkling wine that brings the lightness and freshness of Crete to your glass. Made from Vilana, Vidiano and Muscat de Spina grape varieties, it is an enchanting expression of the terroir of central Crete. Its grapes are harvested by hand and, after separate vinification, the final blend is made based on a careful sensory selection, resulting in a delicate and highly complex sparkling wine.

Winemaking :
The grapes are harvested in the last week of August, and secondary fermentation gives the wine its charming foam and fine bubbles. The process adds a subtle and unctuous complexity, creating a sparkling wine that stands out for its freshness and lightness.

Tasting Characteristics :
With a delicate sweetness, this sparkling wine brings the soft kiss of peaches and white stone fruits, exciting the senses and tickling the tongue with its bubbly pleasure. Fresh aromas of apple, cherry blossom, cloves and a garden of white flowers evoke a spring breeze. An experience of pleasure and relaxation, ideal for moments of celebration or quiet contemplation.

Harmonization :
Perfect to accompany fruit paste desserts, vegetable risotto or a wide variety of antipasti. Serve at 9°C – 10°C to make the most of its refreshing and delicate qualities.
