Originating from the mountainous region of Mantinia, in the heart of the Peloponnese, this white wine stands out for the authentic expression of the Moschofilero grape variety, one of the most emblematic in Greece. Grown at an altitude of 750 metres on sandy soils, in a climate marked by harsh winters, cool springs and dry summers, this label reflects the perfect balance between freshness, elegance and complexity.

Its vinification involves a cold pre-fermentation maceration , followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, ensuring the preservation of the delicate floral and citrus aromas. A brief maturation on fine lees gives the wine structure and a sophisticated finish.
