Named by tradition

Variety : 100% Roditis indigenous to the slopes of Aigialeia. Location: The hillside vineyards of the Aigialeia wine region in eastern Achaea.

Soil : Clay-sandy. Winemaking method: Careful selection of Roditis montañosa grapes, so that they arrive at the winery at the ideal state of maturity and hygiene. Harvested in small boxes of up to 10 kilos. Immediate pressing to receive the free must. Fermentation at low temperatures not exceeding 15°C in the presence of selected pine resin. Bottled fresh under an inert gas atmosphere.

Personality : A modern and light white wine, with aromas of white fruits against a fresh resinous background. Dry and refreshing on the palate. It goes perfectly with fried fish, seafood, vegetables and greens from Greek cuisine.

Best served at: 12-14°C
