Winemaking:

The harvest takes place in mid-October, and the wine is vinified with three weeks of maceration. During the first week, the temperature remains below 25°C, rising to 28°C at the end of alcoholic fermentation. The young wine remains on its lees for three months, with constant agitation, in 300-liter French and American oak barrels. Maturation continues in the barrels for a further nine months after the lees are removed.

Strofilia Nemea 2019 is a dry, full-bodied and balanced red wine. It presents aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of wild cherries, mixed with cloves, vanilla and spices. The combination of these aromas results in an impressive aromatic complexity. The flavor is equally complex, with an elegant structure.

This wine is ideal to accompany red meats and cured cheeses, being an excellent option for those who enjoy a good red wine.
