Vineyard/Viticulture:
Region: Moschofilero de Mantinia: Low productivity vineyards on a plateau at 700 m above sea level.
Savvatiano of Asprokambos, Nemea: Vineyards located on the Stymphalia plateau, between 700 and 850 m above sea level, on deep, clayey and alkaline soils. The yield does not exceed 9,000 kg/ha.
Climate: Cold winter with lots of rain and snow, cool spring and dry summer, with hot days and cool nights.
Soil: Clayey and alkaline
Appearance: Varied
Vineyard: Cordon training, spurred cordon pruning
Irrigation: Non-irrigated
Harvest: Grapes harvested from mid-September to mid-October

Winemaking:

Winemaking is carried out separately for each variety. After pressing the grapes, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature. The wine remains in contact with its fine lees for two months, which contributes to the complexity and smoothness of the product.

Tasting Notes:

Intense aroma of rose petals and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, freshness stands out due to balanced acidity, a soft and round texture, with a long and pleasant finish.

Harmonization:

Perfect to accompany Mediterranean cuisine, such as seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads and pasta. It is also excellent as an aperitif wine.
