Winemaking/Aging :
Typical white winemaking in stainless steel tanks, at strictly controlled temperatures. During alcoholic fermentation, a small quantity of high-quality fresh pine resin is added.

Tasting Notes :
It has a pale yellow color with greenish hues. The aromas are of pear, green apple and melon, with notes of lemon, Chios Mastiha and fresh pine resin. It is intensely aromatic, well balanced and offers a refreshing taste of Greek summer.

Food Pairing :
Ideal to accompany Greek and Mediterranean mezes, vegetarian dishes rich in olive oil, fried, grilled or spit-roasted meats, small fried fish, anchovies and feta cheese with olive oil and oregano.
